Email from the club just received
Dear Supporter,
First, and most importantly, we would like to personally thank you for your unwavering support of the team during our historic inaugural season at London Stadium, and for the way you have come together over these last few months to help make our new house a home.
The support, feedback, ideas, passion, loyalty and commitment you have shown have been truly overwhelming and have reinforced what we have always known - that West Ham United is a family.
We are therefore pleased to announce that in order to reward that loyalty, we are freezing your Season Ticket price so when you renew for the 2017/18 campaign you pay the same as this season.
We meant it when we said our move to London Stadium should benefit our most loyal supporters. Our continuing promise is to provide affordable Premier League football for our Season Ticket Holders and to aim to have the cheapest Premier League Season Ticket in London.
This year, more than ever, it is important to renew before the Wednesday 31 May deadline as with a 55,000-strong Waiting List, any seats not renewed by the deadline will be made available to these supporters on a priority basis, who are eager to join you in becoming a Season Ticket Holder.
Furthermore, anyone wishing to relocate their seat must renew their existing seat at the earliest possible opportunity as seat relocation's will be prioritised based on how early you renew.
Looking ahead to next season, we are intent on delivering success on the pitch for our supporters.
As always, every single penny generated from Season Ticket sales will be re-invested in the playing squad, and we will be working hard in the summer transfer window to identify the players we believe will strengthen the team and bring us further success. As the custodians of your football club, we are absolutely committed to that objective.
In the meantime, we hope that you enjoy the rest of this season as Slaven and the players aim to secure the highest finish possible in the top half of the Premier League.
Come on you Irons!

On the waiting list but not sure if I would bother if offered a ticket as I can't stand the spin from the owners. When they sell up I will be up for it as they will never invest the necessary to get in the top 6 imho.
Been three times First game Domzale win, Chelsea cup win (best game of the season) and Man City 0-5 worst game.
There looked more white empty seats on my stream than ever before today?

I won't be renewing. I could barely drag myself over to that fucking toilet bowl today.

It's what most supporters will do. They will say that they are not renewing and then renew anyway.

Made me chuckle that, mainly because that's exactly what I'll end up doing.

I've been telling everyone who asks that I don't plan to renew, and that I haven't enjoyed games in the new bowl. Have even booked a holiday with the money I'd be saving. And then last night I got cold feet and the thought that things might turn around next year and I'd be missing out. Logged online and renewed.
Feel like such a chump. Over a barrel being spanked by Lady Brady.

If OtB says there hasn't been any changes, with his track record, that almost certainly means there has been changes.

I know they can't do these diagrams exactly to scale but the proportion of 4 to 5 looks a lot higher than it was 12 months ago.

Got the renewal stuff through the post today.
Looks to me like a lot of the band 5 seats have become band 4 judging by the stadium plan.

In fact, if you promise to cheer up a bit, I'll buy you a drink in the BML party deck after the game.

Which leads us nicely to the team that nicked the league from them last year. 3 points on Saturday? I'm in TBL, I'll give you a wave.

They cost themselves the league. We just had a laugh at their expense. Lovely

I remember standing on the terrace, I don't remember George Best as I'm not old enough.
Oh and that game was 3 seasons ago and we did play them midweek last season at UP when that song was sung so you'll have to forgive my mistake.
Odd you jumped a few seasons though as we cost them the league arguably last season.

Do you even remember standing on the terraces? Winning a cup? Seeing Georgie Best take the piss? Who are you, who are you?

Twat. I said a couple of seasons ago, last home game off the season, we did them 3 times, twice away, once at home. Lost at home the year after, first home game of the season.

The last time we played them, where that song was sung was a midweek game.
Nice try though.
